When you hand over accounts for us to work with, the starting point matters. It affects the speed,
quality, and overall safety of the process. Below are simple, clear recommendations to help avoid
confusion and make our cooperation smooth and efficient.
But before we dive in, the most important
rule: always contact us before taking any action.
Each store has its own nuances — sometimes very specific — and we’ll guide you through the best
approach for your situation. The information below gives a general understanding but does not replace
direct communication.
Almost any store can be done on a new, unused account. We always recommend this. However, if you already have an aged account, it can definitely be useful as well.
If you place an order using your personal email, you'll need to provide access to it. To avoid that and simplify everything, the best option is:
Recommended approach:
Create a fresh Outlook email → use it to register on the store's website → place the order from that account.
This makes transferring access smoother, with fewer complications.
Once the order is placed, leave the email untouched. Any changes or re-linking may complicate our workflow.
Guest checkout always leads to issues. Please use a full account.
The account should not have:
These create unnecessary obstacles and slow down the process.
While we're working, please don't access the store account or the email. This prevents conflicts and saves time.
When you receive your items, inspect everything closely. We want to avoid situations where you have to cover our fee because the store sent something damaged, incorrect, or low quality.
Especially with stores like Apple, Steam, Nintendo, Meta, and PlayStation —
Do not turn on, activate, or register any devices until we confirm the process is finished.
In 95% of cases, your participation isn't needed, and replying may interfere with the workflow. If you're unsure what to do with an email, simply forward it to us or ask first.
These guidelines are simple but important — they reduce risks, save time, and keep everything smooth and transparent. Most importantly, they help us complete the process quickly and safely.
💡 Remember:
Always reach out to us before doing anything. We'll walk you through the steps, point out the nuances, and save you from unnecessary actions.
